Serves 4 people
Ingredients
4 Chicken fillets.
1/2 a large spanish onion.
1 punnet of Button mushrooms.
1/2 head of broccoli.
1 tsp of fresh or ground ginger.
4 tbsp of Oyster sauce
50mls of water.
1 Chicken Stock cube.
1 red Chili or Chili powder add as little or as much as you like.
2 Large cloves of crushed Garlic.
1 tbsp of Dark Soy sauce.
Low cal cooking spray.
Freshly ground pepper.
Method.
In a Wok brown off the chicken and add the onions and mushroom and stir fry for 1 minute.
Add the water and stock cube and leave to simmer for a further minute.
Add the dry or fresh spices, garlic, ginger, oyster sauce, soy sauce and chili and leave to reduce for 3 minutes.
Add the broccoli in at the last minute and serve on a bed of boiled rice with 1/3 fresh seasonal steamed veg or salad.

Just wondering in your opinion if I wanted to use strips of beef would I use beef stock or would that change the whole taste?
Aww thank you Mmmm id say it work fine doll I just prefer the flavour of chicken stock but try it and see xx
I kinda chickened out (excuse the pun) stuck with the chicken stock but used strips of beef and it was just as nice!! x
