Makes 12 squares

For the chocolate base.
6 medium eggs.
4 tbsp of Cocoa Powder.
35g of sweetener.
1 wheat biscuit  (weetabix)
1 tsp of baking powder.
240g greek style yogurt or natural yogurt (any flavour).
2 tbsp of Chocolate orange spread.
Zest of 1 orange.

Method

Line and grease with low cal cooking spray, a swiss roll tin or lasagne dish and preheat your oven to 195c for a fan oven and 200c

Add 6 whole eggs to a bowl, then finely crumble in the wheat biscuit and add all of the other ingredients to the whole eggs and mix well with a hand mixer. This is when I would add my flavouring lke orange zest etc.

Place the mix into the lined tray and bake at 195c for 30/40 minutes until a skewer comes out clean.

Jelly topping.
1 packet or the two sachets of Hartleys sugar free orange Jelly.

Make up with 400ml of water only and then pour ontop of your chocolate base or make separate and place on top. I find place in the freezer sets the jelly quick;)

You will need to keep in the fridge for them to set up for at least 3/4 hours.

Then melt some white chocolate and drizzle on top.
