One of my most favourite combinations in Cheese and Onion, the obvious being in the tayto crisp form! So why not add it to a burger? These babys are a perfect midweek meal or for popping on the barbecue this summer.
500g of Extra lean beef mince.
4 finely sliced and chopped spring onions.
60g of full fat mature cheddar cheese
1 tbsp of Worcestershire Sauce.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Mix all the ingredients well together in bowl and form into burger patties.
Place on a hot griddle pan or grill tray to cook. The cheese will melt so its best to cook using this method.
Serve with some homemade chips, salad or roasted veg. Topped with your favourite condiments.
