We all love the traditional stuffed turkey or goose at Christmas, so when I began the process of creating this recipe I wanted to keep the traditional aspect but change things up a little to. We don’t want to be sick of Turkey by the 25th! Personally I love it because it is so lean and has a high protein content which is fantastic for weight loss and muscle gain. They are made with 100% Turkey Breast Mince with Homemade Be Good Stuffing (95% lean Pork and Be Good Bread Crumbs with mixed herbs).

To complement the burgers I have a created a beautiful festive Cranberry and Tomato sugar free chutney which will keep in an air tight Jam Jar or Mason Jar in the fridge for a couple of weeks. Perfect to have with the burgers, left over cold meats, the christmas night turkey sandwiches or a festive cheeseboard.
Makes 2 large jars of Chutney
200g of fresh cranberrys
2 tins of chopped Tomatoes
4 tbsp of tomato puree
2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp of cinnamon or 1 cinnamon stick
1/4 tsp of ground ginger
4 tbsp of stevia sweetener/honey/agave syrup
1 tsp of vinegar
1 tsp of garlic granules
Ground black pepper and salt to season to your own taste.
Very simply add all the above ingredients to a saucepan and cook on a low to medium heat for 40 to 45 minutes until the chutney has reduced and thickened.
Add to steralised Jam jars or Air tight mason jars and leave to cool completely before storing in the fridge.
You can also freeze the leftover chutney and remove a day before you require it and keep in the fridge to use as you need.
